      Exercise may cut inflammation, boost gut bacteria diversity
      British researchers found male athletes had lower levels of inflammatory markers, better metabolic profile markers and greater diversity of gut bacteria compared with their nonathletic peers. Researcher Georgina Hold of Aberdeen University in Scotland said it is important to understand the “complex relationship among what we choose to eat, activity levels and gut microbiota richness.” HealthDay News (6/10)

      My take is that reasonable exercise appropriate for age is good.
